" We were really impressed with how the current owners have managed to create a bright and spacious home from the bones of this two bedroom house.With a kitchen that has had re-fitted worktops and an added open view that has been cleverly installed to give a feeling of space without compromising the storage and work surface area of your kitchen. This works well to provide a very social aspect to link to the lounge as you are able to cook in the kitchen and are still able to chat to guests or even keep an eye on the children.The light pours through from the rear of the house as the lounge benefits from double glazed doors that lead to the garden. The single garage has a personal door leading to the rear garden.

We have always been amazed with how quiet the close is considering the proximity to the town centre of Crowborough. We regularly walk to the local parks and library. Also something we have found really useful is the amount of storage we have because when we were looking to buy this house it was hard to find a property with parking and a garage and we are glad we decided to buy a home with both.
