" It’s been a long time since a home with this much accommodation and at such a reasonable price has come to the market so we are very pleased to be marketing this home.Recently the downstairs has been extended by the current owners as they have extended the dining room which is now large enough to accommodate even the largest family. At the same time the kitchen has been increased in size to provide a spacious working space with room enough for a breakfast table. The kitchen that has been fitted is finished with a modern oak look and has an integrated dishwasher. The lounge is a bright room and has a lovely aspect over the gardens and driveway. Recently a new fireplace has been installed in this room and we are informed this works very well through the winter months. It is a rarity to find such a usable garden in this hilly town however this would make an excellent children’s garden as it is ideal to kick a ball around in. In addition, new fencing has been erected and a new gate making the grounds secure. The house is just minutes from the local bus routes that run between Tunbridge Wells & Brighton and is also situated in a very favourable and convenient location for the town centre as you can walk to the shops, banks and cafes in around ten minutes.

What the Owner says:

We feel this is truly a wonderful family home. It has big spacious rooms and is always very bright. We get on very well with the neighbours and are very happy here. The only reason for our move is the wonderful family garden space is just too big for our needs.
