" Description    Looking for a family home situated in the middle of Wadhurst and within easy reach of the village centre, then this property could be for you. The property is ideally situated within easy reach of the local village centre with the local primary school and village store only a few minutes away. The train station is also within walking distance The property itself is well presented and on opening the front door you are greeted by the enclosed porch with space for coats and shoes etc with a door to side leading to the shower room. A door then leads into the open hallway and is currently being used as a study area to best utilise the space.

.    The lounge / diner has a window to the front and french doors leading into the conservatory. Into the conservatory there is ample space for furniture and can be used for exercise equipment, as demonstrated by the current owners. The kitchen to the rear of the property with window and patio door leading out to the rear garden has a range of base and wall units offering ample storage and a built in oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Back into the entrance hall the understairs cupboard is used as a utility area with the washing machine and chest freezer.
