" Description    On opening the front door you are greeted by the entrance hall with a cloakroom to the side with w.c and wash hand basin. Stairs lead to the first floor. Through to the kitchen there are a range of base and wall units with a window overlooking the rear garden. There is space for a fridge freezer, double oven and a dishwasher. There is also ample space for a table and 4 chairs. A door leads off to the utility room with space and plumbing for a washing machine etc. A door leads out to the side of the property. The double aspect dining room leads off from the hallway and has a built in cupboard. Through the archway leads into the living room with feature fireplace with attractive surround and again benefits from being double aspect.

.    On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with Bedroom one being double aspect and with wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three with cupboards, and four all have a rear view of the garden. The property benefits from being a short distance to Wadhurst train station offering regular mainline services to London (Charing Cross and Cannon Street) within one hour. Access is also simple for driving straight to the spa town of Tunbridge Wells and the local train station at Wadhurst is a short drive away or could be walked. Directions    From our office in the village continue towards Wadhurst. Drive through the village and through the High Street. Take the turning right signposted towards Lamberhurst. Continue past Costcutters on the left and Wadhurst Primary School on the right. Continue out of the village past the turning on the left into Southview Road. Continue along the road and drive past Weald View on the left. Just after the pub on the left, take the left turning into Balaclava Lane. Drive past Pell Close and continue down the lane past the turning on the left called Deepdene and the property can be found the second on the left hand side.
