" Description    The property is ideally situated in the centre of the village of Wadhurst and would make an excellent first time purchase or, indeed, if looking for a low maintenance property in your retirement, it would be perfect. Accommodation includes a living room with sliding patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The kitchen / breakfast room has a range of base and wall units with a built-in hob and oven, with space and plumbing for a washing machine and fridge freezer; additionally, there is room for a table and 2 chairs. Also downstairs is a cloakroom with a w.c and wash hand basin. Upstairs the master bedroom has a range of built-in wardrobes and an en-suite with walk-in shower and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a range of built-in wardrobes and storage cupboard with a window to the front. The bathroom has a panelled bath, w.c and a wash hand basin. The landing has a built-in cupboard. The property is a well proportioned terrace property and a viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the accommodation.

Outside    The freehold property benefits from a private secluded rear garden mainly laid to lawn with shrub and flower borders. Directions    From our office in Ticehurst proceed towards Wadhurst and travel through the High Street and past the turning on the right which is signposted towards Lamberhurst. Just before the garage on the right is Mayfield Lane. Turn left and then take the first turn left into Little Park, where the property can be found within the development on the right hand side.
