There is vehicular and pedestrian access across the front and further pedestrian access down from the lane. Tunbridge Wells town centre is less than a mile distant and offers a wide range of shopping facilities at the Royal Victoria Place shopping mall and the Calverley Road precinct. There are specialist shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the High Street and Pantiles areas of the town. Tunbridge Wells mainline station provides a fast and frequent commuter service to London in under an hour. At the traffic lights turn left into Church Road and continue straight over at the next traffic lights. Just before the crossroads take the slip road right and at the T-junction turn right onto Mount Ephraim and immediately left into Molyneux Park Road. Continue down the hill and at the right hand bend, turn left into Bishops Down Park Road, where this property will be found on the left hand side.
