" Description    A well presented family home located in the popular village of Hooe, East Sussex. The well planned accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises of an entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/ utility room, a refitted kitchen/breakfast room, through lounge/diner opening to an extended family room area to the ground floor. To the first floor the property offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside    The property enjoys views across open countryside to the rear aspect and also benefits from its own front garden which is mainly laid to lawn and comprises hedge enclosed flower and shrub borders, side access leading to a rear garden with paved patio area leading to further lawn with mature flower and shrub borders and rear gate access to a communal parking area.

Situation    The cottage occupies a delightful semi rural location within the heart of Hooe Village with its own local inn and medieval church. The local town of Battle offers a more comprehensive range of shops and facilities plus a mainline station with links to London Charing Cross and Cannon Street. The area is also served with excellent schools, including Battle Abbey and Vinehall in the private sector and Claverham and Bexhill College in the state sector.

Directions    From our office in Battle proceed south along the High Street towards Hastings Road. Take the next right into Powdermill Lane and travel to the end of the road, turn left at the junction to Catsfield Village. Travel along this road to the T junction sign posted Bexhill, where you turn left and then take the next right turning sign posted Hooe. Travel along this road for approximately 2 miles and after passing Elizabeth Close take the left hand fork into Lower Road, after a few hundred yards you will see The Red Lion Inn on your right and the property will be on your left hand side.
