" Description    We are delighted to present this refurbished 2 bedroom terraced property. The property features both front and rear gardens with the latter having been decked to provide a low maintenance outdoor area. Internally the property benefits from a contemporary feeling with an open fireplace and picture window found in the living room. An attractive kitchen is also provided which our vendors inform us has been recently fitted with a large range of attractive cupboards providing storage and complimentary work surfaces over, a "Rangemaster" range cooked with "Smeg" extractor over are also offered. A separate office/utility area is found adjoining the kitchen. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms which are both considered to be doubles with both providing built in storage. A well appointed family bathroom completes the first floor accommodation. Our current vendors advise us they have looked into converting the loft to provide further accommodation - however this would be subject to planning permissions being obtained
