The property has been granted planning permission for extension with work having commenced and footings in place. The property offers potential for further development subject to planning permission. Full details of the planning permission obtained for the property can be viewed via Rother District Councils planning website Planning Application number RR/2010/1738/P. It should be noted by potential viewers that due the building works at the property sturdy footwear will be needed to enter the site due uneven surfaces and building materials obstructing pathways and that individuals must not enter the site unaccompanied.
