" This 3 bedroom centrally located home is set approximately 100 yards from the High Street offering 'no onward chain' and quick sale available. These homes are very highly sought after due to the location close to shops and restaurants. The current owner of this property originally bought it due to its fantastic position and open space feel to the downstairs accommodation. This is a real feature of these homes. We have had similar circumstances where the buyers are downsizing and have had the worry of having to leave personal possessions, furniture and valued pieces behind as the space is not available. This is not a problem for these properties due to their oversized lounge/dining room which will enable you to keep those valued sentimental pieces of furniture etc. A real bonus of these homes are their tranquil setting surrounded by neighbours who enjoy the area very much. The home benefits from gas fired central heating, additional downstairs cloakroom and double bedrooms. Bennetts Mews enjoys its own single garage and average size garden for easy maintenance. The pretty town offer medical centre and leisure centre with pool along with two supermarkets nearby. The term I hear a lot referring to Bennetts Mews is that it is far enough away from the vibrant town but close enough to benefit from all it has to offer.

What the Owner says:

I bought this home some 12 years ago and could not believe my luck. I love the quiet mews location, ideal for the town centre. I was attracted to the cottage due its size of living space, bright bedrooms and small easy manageable garden to the rear. The garage was an unexpected bonus. I have loved my home and felt safe, the neighbours could not have been nicer, very supportive of me over my time here. Sadly the time has come to move on and down size again. I leave knowing someone else will enjoy many years of living here.
