" Holly Cottage, which has stunning views, is an excellent detached family house with a light and spacious interior with well arranged accommodation over the three floors. There is a very good sized L-shaped sitting room with an open fireplace, sliding doors to the terrace and double doors to the delightful, vaulted ceiling, dining room with doors on two sides to the terrace with windows on either side, velux windows and polished wood floor. The well fitted kitchen/breakfast room has long granite work surfaces, integrated double oven, hob and cooker hood, numerous cupboards and drawers and sink unit etc. There is a superb principal bedroom suite on the top floor enjoying wonderful views with a high vaulted ceiling with beams and a well fitted bathroom with bath, separate shower and twin basins. On the first floor, there is an excellent combination of bedrooms and bathrooms, ideal for a family. "
