" A well designed townhouse located in the popular village of Langton Green and within walking distance of all local facilities. The accommodation is over four floors and comprises a good size sitting room with doors out onto a private courtyard garden, kitchen/breakfast room, three bedrooms and bathroom. There is also a study, cloakroom and garage to the ground floor.

Langton Green is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the Kent/Sussex border surrounded by scenic countryside. The village offers excellent local facilities, including a butcher, baker, newsagent, general store and two public houses, together with, a Primary School and Holmwood House Preparatory School.

The Spa town of Tunbridge Wells lies about two miles to the East of Langton Green. The town has maintained much of its original charm and elegance and is well under an hour from the City and West End of London., a perfect position for commuters to London or for those just making an occasional trip to the capital. Today the town has a vibrant and resurgent modern centre with a diversity of shops, from the well-known high street names to a wide range of specialist independent retailers. Lying in the catchment area of a large number of independent and selective secondary and preparatory schools, the town remains a prime location for families with children of all ages.
