" With far reaching southerly views to the rear from the first floor, Tree Corner is a spacious, detached family house, which has been extended by the present owner and now presents as a warm and welcoming family home with a practical lay out. The accommodation extends to in excess of 3,500 square feet and is arranged over two floors. With wide plank wooden floors, reception areas are gracious and include a generous reception hall and a sitting room with a dual aspect and views of the garden, a brick open fireplace and French doors to the rear terrace, which opens through to the dining room. The kitchenbreakfastfamily room is an excellent living space and is comprehensively furnished with a range of wall and floor cabinets and central island with a mix of wooden and granite work surfaces and integrated appliances by Neff.
