" This is a detached family house situated within this popular village on the edge of Tunbridge Wells. The house, which has recently had new double glazed windows installed, offers spacious and well presented accommodation with fantastic views to the rear and the benefit of 2 separate garages. Points of particular note include: A spacious reception hall with Karndean flooring, cloakroom and storage cupboards. Double doors open into the sitting room which has a Stovax wood burning stove. Further double doors open from the hall into a family room which has fitted cupboards, book shelves and a sliding door opening onto the terrace. There are a further set of doors from the family room into a garden room which also has sliding doors to the terrace. There is a study to the front with a large storage cupboard and is currently used as a 5th bedroom. The spacious L shaped kitchen/breakfast room has two sets of sliding doors opening onto the garden and ample space for a dining table and chairs. It is well fitted and equipped with a range of wall and base units, long granite work surfaces, an island unit with further drawers and cupboards underneath and an excellent range of fitted appliances including two pyrolytic ovens. An adjacent utility room has a sink and personal door to one of the garages. On the first floor the double aspect principal bedroom has fitted wardrobes and excellent outlooks at the rear. There is an extremely well fitted en suite shower room which has twin stone hand basins and underfloor heating. There are three further good sized bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room) and a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

Situation
The property is located in Asher Reeds, a popular residential road off Dornden Drive just under a mile from the village green. Langton Green is a popular village with local shops, a primary school and the well known Holmewood House preparatory school. Tunbridge Wells is about 2 miles away for excellent shopping facilities particularly the Royal Victoria Centre, the historic Pantiles and High Street along with a variety of recreational amenities including 2 golf clubs, a cinema complex, sports and leisure centre and numerous restaurants etc.
