" If town living is getting you down and you want to “escape to the country”, then get yourself along to this roomy semi and see what you are missing out on. Imagine relaxing in the 100’ garden after a hard day's work with just the sound of the birds and the soft breeze to stop you from dozing off. Alternatively, enjoy a barbeque in the garden with friends and family, though you might get gate-crashed by a few sheep! If you need space for the growing family then this home is ideal, and instead of spending hours on the Playstation or watching TV you can get them out on cycle rides and walks in the fields. If you need to commute to work then Ashford with its fast rail links and junction with the M20 motorway is just a quick thrash down the A2070, or if you need to get to Rye or Hastings the A259 is just around the corner. You can also make this home truly yours by putting in your own kitchen and bathroom suites, which could be updated, though there is central heating and double glazing so you’ll be nice and snug. If you have several vehicles then there’s plenty of scope for off road parking at the front.

What the Owner says:

'I’ve loved living here for the last 30 odd years. It’s a great place to bring up a family as you are away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the family can get out and about on bike rides and walks instead of watching the TV all day. With the A2070 just around the corner, Ashford is about 15 minutes away so if you need shopping, trains or motorways there’s not far to go.I was going to update the kitchen and bathroom as they are getting on a bit but everyone has their own taste and it seemed better to leave it so that whoever buys it can do their own thing. I’m sure the house will continue to be a happy family home.'
