'South View' is very aptly named with a lovely south facing garden and superb views across open fields. It's also much bigger than it looks from the outside! The accommodation includes a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, study/snug, bathroom and three bedrooms. We understand that the current owners have recently had woodburners fitted to both the sitting room and the snug.
Sitting on a plot of approximately 1/4 of an acre, the outdoor space is sure to impress. The waterfall and pond feature is particularly note worthy and we understand that it has recently benefitted from being re-lined as well as a new pump. Sit in that lovely sized garden, surrounded by fields, put your feet up and just enjoy those views! There's off road parking for several cars too.

Location

Surrounded by fields this could be your haven of tranquility! Nevertheless, being located off the old Ashford road, this property benefits from its close proximity to the town of Ashford (just over 10 miles away) and its international rail station with a high speed connection to London. This doesn't mean your relaxation in the country will be ruined, however, as it still misses most of the heavy traffic which now uses the A2070.

Our View

There are many things we love about this property but not least is the outside space. A really lovely and generous size garden with fields to the rear and side which are often home to various livestock. We love the idea of horses grazing nearby or perhaps coming over to greet you in your garden! The bungalow will also be nice and snug too in the winter months with its newly fitted woodburners! Just needs you to add your personal touch to make the perfect country retreat!
