" If you are looking to the future and thinking of buying a bungalow, then you’ll probably find plenty to choose from. However, look more closely and you’ll find that bungalows which are close to shops and yet still have plenty of space around them are few and far between. That’s why you should make a bee-line for this fabulous home that really is in a prime location.Imagine taking a leisurely stroll to the shops at the end of the road, grabbing a newspaper and then sitting in the peace and quiet of a beautiful garden sipping a drink and catching up on the world's events. If you’re feeling a bit more energetic then the seafront is in the other direction where you can get some sand between your toes and some fresh air to blow the cobwebs away. Fancy a round of golf? The championship course at Littlestone is just around the corner.Inside the bungalow you’ll be impressed by the space and size of the rooms. There is scope to improve and alter the layout to suit your individual requirements if needed. For example, you could create an en-suite off one of the bedrooms if you wanted. There’s even a conservatory in which to sit and admire the garden or entertain the many visitors you are likely to get. They might turn green with envy though! If all this is not enough to sway you, then how about the fact that there is no onward chain to hold you up.

What the Owner says:

What do we like most about our bungalow? We‘d have to say our garden. It’s very peaceful and not overlooked and we even have space to grow our own veg. The neighbours are great and there are shops and takeaways at the end of the road so we don’t have to keep driving for everyday items. We’ve been really happy here but we need to move closer to our family now. We are sure that the next owners will be just as happy as we have been.
