" This enchanting, double fronted, weather boarded cottage is situated in the heart of the pretty village of Woodchurch. The cottage has been beautifully restored and extended to provide comfortable living space and a great feeling of quality and warmth. There is an abundance of period characterful features. The living room has an open brick fireplace, exposed beams & brickwork and original oak flooring running through to the family room which has an ornate iron fireplace (not in use). The stunning shaker style kitchen has a butler sink, 6 burner Rangemaster with stainless steel backplate and canopy over, a Bosch dishwasher and an American fridge/freezer. Full height windows to the side and French doors to the rear bring the sunshine in and there is plenty of space for a dining table and eight chairs. Ceramic floor tiling runs through to the separate utility room where there is plumbing and space for both a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. Off the utility room is the ground floor cloakroom. The central heating boiler is wall mounted. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of which have bespoke built in wardrobes and the single rooms have built in beds. The master bedroom has a feature fireplace (not in use) and an en-suite shower room. Completing the first floor is a recently refurbished family bathroom with a white suite. There is a mixer tap and shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside
The gardens are landscaped and established with a good balance of mature shrubs. A paved entertaining area stretches across the back of the cottage. There is an outside tap and external power supply. Situated to the rear of the garden is a studio/summer house with power connected. The property is approached over a gated gravel driveway providing private parking for several cars.
