" If you are looking for a bungalow that offers space and seclusion then this could be the one for you. The bungalow is only a 5 minute walk away from Westenhanger station and a 5 minute drive to the M20, junction 11.As you approach the bungalow you turn right off Stone Street. It is at this point that you realise how large this plot it. The garage is situated to the rear, which backs onto open land. Getting out of your car you will not miss the back garden that would suit barbeques on those barmy summer afternoons. To the front there is a large secluded garden, which is perfect for any growing family. On entering the bungalow you get an immediate feel for the space that is on offer here. The large utility room and the modern fitted kitchen would be superb for any budding Jamie Oliver. The kitchen then opens into the large dining room; you can imagine preparing dinner whilst friends and family gather around the dining table. The bright and spacious sitting room has views over the large garden. There is also a conservatory, which the current owners use as a gym, but would also double up as a large summer room. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and the bathroom benefits from a separate shower cubicle. This home would benefit from some updating.

What the Owner says:

We love the fact that Hythe is only a 10 minute drive away, where there are many independent shops, including an excellent butchers and many quaint coffee shops. However, if you want a local shop you only need to pop into Lympne or Sellindge. We have lived here for 21 years and have seen many changes, but all for the good. The M20 is only minutes away; we regularly travel into Folkestone or Ashford and this now only takes about 10 – 15 minutes. We have enjoyed plenty of country walks and enjoyed the abundance of wildlife. The area has been excellent to raise our children in, with a great local school in Lympne. We will miss all our neighbours as they have become dear friends.
