Situation : This property is situated in 'Fiddling Lane' in between the villages of Monks Horton and Stowting. Both villages have pubs; The Black Horse and The Tiger. More amenities are available at the close by villages of Brabourne Leas, Sellindge and Lyminge with shops and community facilities. The M20 motorway is 4 miles, Channel Tunnel 7 miles, Ashford 8 miles, Hythe 7.5 miles and Folkestone 10 miles.

Directions : From our Lyminge office proceed out of the village towards Etchinghill and Folkestone at New Barn corner take the right hand turn onto 'Sandling Road' and take the next immediately right hand turn onto 'Loughborough Lane' continue on this road up the hill to comfort a 'T' junction with 'Stone Street'. Turn right on 'Stone Street' and take the next left hand turn. Follow this road down to a crossroads and turn right.
