" Looking for a property with flexible accommodation whether it is for a elderly relative or an older child then you need to view this property as it offers separate living accommodation on the lower floor with its own separate entrance you have a hall, kitchen/utility, shower room, gym area, dining room, lounge and access to the garden.

I am told that a lot of people use downstairs for the children so they can have as many toys out make as much mess as they like and when you have friends or family round or just in the evening you can go upstairs and use the other lounge and relax.

In the main part of the House you an entrance hall, lounge, study/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room and WC.
