" If you fancy a flat with a difference, then maybe you should be tempted by viewing this simply stunning 2 bedroom apartment. Situated on the edge of De Montfort Park, it's easy to see why the current owners could see the potential in this home, before it was even built, with far reaching views in several directions. You may not be on top of the world, but you're certainly above most of Ashford!The well kept communal entrance hall and stairwell leads up to the top floor and the front door of the flat. The main living area is bright and airy, with two windows letting in lots of light and this area easily accommodates a three piece suite and full size dining table. The kitchen area is clean and modern with its own integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine.The master bedroom has its own good sized en-suite as well as a triple wardrobe and more stunning views, while the second bedroom is a perfect guest room at over 16' in length!!The vendor informs us that they have paid the maintenance charges up until January 2012.

We were still living abroad when we bought this property, so really wanted something that offered privacy and security and this apartment offers both. The position and views is what we really like, from one side we can see the town and the Downs beyond and from the other we get a view across to Great Chart church.We often have visitors staying over, as well as grandchildren and we never struggle for space, there always seems to be plenty of room!!
