" Description    A fantastic example of a detached family home set in a semi-rural position just outside of Uckfield town. Originally built by Berkeley Homes in 1995 this family home is set in approx 2/3 acre (TBV) of landscaped gardens backing onto local countryside. The accommodation offers a sitting room opening onto a conservatory with views across the large rear garden. A separate dining room is close to the kitchen/breakfast room and also found on the ground floor is a study, utility room, cloakroom and a integral double garage. Upstairs the master bedroom benefits from a ensuite with bath and shower, the further 4 bedrooms are all practical sizes as well as the family bathroom

Outside    The delightful landscaped gardens to the front are mainly laid to lawn, on two levels, with dividing brick retaining wall and mostly enclosed by post and rail fencing with hedgerow to one side. The established plants and trees provide excellent screening, whilst access to the rear can be gained via each side of the property.   The rear garden is again laid to lawn, interspersed by numerous mature trees which create a 'park-like' setting backing on to farmland. In addition and extending across the full width of the property is a deep paved terrace, ideal for entertaining. The paving continues to each side with a large timber store/workshop measuring approx 15' x 9' 8" (4.57m x 2.95m). Power and light connected. Timber Garden store and outside tap.

Situation    The property is located approx 1/2 mile from Uckfield town in a semi-rural setting within easy reach of local amenities
