" To use a line from a well known 90's song are you 'searching for something you'll never find?' Yes? Well you'll have to come and view this house in Forge Rise. Modern throughout, it is a rival to any new build within a twenty mile radius and all you have to do is move in and unpack!The lounge comes complete with a gas fireplace, perfect as the nights draw in. The dining room has an opening from the lounge and can accommodate many a dining table. The current vendors have added a conservatory and this enjoys an outlook not only over the rear garden, but the fields beyond it. The kitchen completes the downstairs, with the exception of the cloakroom.Upstairs the master bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite whilst your quests (or children) enjoy a fantastic view to the rear. The third bedroom is more then adequate and the bathroom is fantastic.The rear garden wouldn't seem out of place in an Aussie back yard and is a haven for barbecues. There is also off-road parking and a garage.Uckfield town centre and mainline train station with links to London Bridge are only 'round the corner'.For ease, the property is offered to the market with no onward chain.

As a commuter I have to get to East Croydon daily so I didn't want a long walk to or from the station. I struck gold here and have loved living here ever since.I love how easy it has been to live here. The neighbours are great and the station, town centre and countryside are all a few minutes away. The house is next to the park, so kids don't even have to cross a road to get to it.I enjoy a glass of wine or an evening meal in my sheltered, sunny garden. The conservatory has been a great addition and it lets me enjoy the garden year round. I'll be sad to leave, but I'm entering a new chapter in my life.
