" SITUATION:    The property is pleasantly located along Framfield Road and is therefore extremely accessible to the town centre with its many shopping facilities, railway station, social and recreational amenities together with schooling for children of all ages including 6th form community college. The coastal towns of Eastbourne and Brighton with the Royal spa town of Tunbridge Wells, Gatwick Airport and the M23/M25 motorways are all within a convenient driving distance. The East Sussex National Golf Course is approximately 10 minutes drive and the well known Ashdown Forest with its some 6,500 acres of scenic walks and riding by permit is also within easy driving distance.
