" A beautifully presented four bedroom family home in a quiet cul de sac, close to the village centre and woodland.

Description Rowland Gorringe are delighted to present this exceptional Mock Tudor property, with a large driveway and adjoining double garage. This wonderful home was originally constructed as a 5 bedroom, but the current owners decided to remove the partition wall to provide a substantial second master bedroom.

From our office in Uckfield High Street proceed in a northerly direction through the traffic lights at Church Street, our onto the London Road. At Ringles Cross take the right fork towards Five Ash Down. Turn right on to A272 and proceed in to Buxted. Passing the train station on the left hand side. Carry on for two or three hundred yards and Littlewood Lane is found on the left hand side. The property can be found along the lane situated on a corner plot on the right hand side.
