" If you would like to put your 'stamp' on a property and turn it into a perfect family home then you could not go wrong here. The living accommodation is open plan with lounge to the front opening into the dining room in the middle so with windows to both rooms, this brightens up a summer's evening and compliments a sunny back garden. To the side of the dining room is a separate area which will serve as a perfect study. The kitchen is longing for a make-over as is the bathroom so the next owner can put their mark on the house from day one. With fireplaces remaining in two bedrooms, the turn of the century character still remains and with two bedrooms having fitted wardrobes, there is plenty of storage space on offer. The rear garden measures in excess of 80' so offers plenty of room for any growing family and being split into different sections offers peace and seclusion all day long.Buxted itself comes with a mainline rail station so is a good location for commuters and being within a few miles of Uckfield and a short stroll to some absorbing walks offers the best of both worlds.

What the Owner says:

We think this would make a great family home for someone who is prepared to do some work. It originally had an outside toilet so the only real updating that has been done is when our parents moved the bathroom inside!Buxted is a really vibrant village. The Buxted Inn is a great pub and there is a real sense of community here. A new medical centre is being built and the new development near the railway station will keep Buxted being a popular location. Buxted park is ideal for relaxing walks too.
