" Situation    Mill Gardens is a small private cul de sac situated on the outskirt of Heathfield and is well served by a range of local shops in the nearby Hailsham Road. Heathfield town centre offers an excellent range of shopping facilities, together with two supermarkets, a library and a doctors practice. The coastal resort of Eastbourne is approximately 16 miles to the south, while the spa town of Tunbridge Wells is 17 miles to the north. Train services to London can be found at Stonegate and Etchingham.

Outside    An independent driveway providing standing space leads to a detached garage with a side entrance leading to the side and rear gardens. The overall plot extends to just over 1/2 acre with extremely well maintained gardens being mainly laid to lawn and enjoying extensive and panoramic views over the surrounding areas.
