" As you drive through the entrance gates it in noticeable straight away the sense of space that is offered with the park like gardens showing off expansive lawns, trees and views over surrounding countryside. Southover Place oozes a touch of luxury that is generally reserved for the millionaire. Facilities of this superb development include an indoor swimming pool and sauna, snooker/games room, gym and tennis court. There is also the use of a communal sky dish and balcony. The first floor apartment itself has been looked after by the current owner who has also made further improvements which include a refitted kitchen in Shaker style units and a bathroom which has been tastefully modernised in a white suite and has particularly attractive tiling to walls and floor. There are no problems with parking as there is ample space available for all residents with a large parking area to the front of the building Without doubt the outlook is particularly picturesque with this grand building set in a rural position within the very popular Burwash area. Burwash High Street is only a short drive away providing a good Gastro pub, local convenience store, post office and attractive antique shop.

This has been the perfect hide away place for me. With my irregular work schedule I have loved the ability to relax with a swim in the pool even in the early hours of morning. I regularly use the gym and sauna. It really is like having your own 5-star luxury on your door step. I have loved living in a peaceful setting and have really taken advantage of the surrounding countryside with regular walks during my spare time. Having the luxury facilities within the complex is what attracted me to the home and am convinced when new buyers take a look they will be equally convinced.
