Situation    2 Willow Close is situated in the heart of Etchingham village where the amenities include village store, butchers, Post Office, club, bistro and village hall. On the eastern edge of the village is the mainline station providing commuter services to London on the Charing Cross/Cannon street line in just over an hour. The house is within walking distance of a well regarded primary school in the area.
