The property is one of seven apartments within an impressive Grade II listed building, which is believed to date back to 1850 and was sympathetically converted in 1986. Presenting attractive rendered external elevations beneath a tiled roof, the property benefits from having been well maintained and has recently undergone external re-decoration on the front elevation. The property benefits from having its own private entrance and double glazing. A new high efficiency combination boiler and air unit providing continuous fresh air have also been fitted.
