" Description    A three bedroom semi-detached chalet style bungalow located in the popular village of Burwash close to amenities. The property benefits from an entrance hallway/dining area with stairs rising to the first floor, 17ft living room, kitchen with fitted units and doorway leading to rear garden, main bedroom on the ground floor, refitted bathroom and separate wc. On the first floor is a landing with doors leading to a further two bedrooms with skylight windows. The property benefits from gas central heating and has double glazing with additional space to extend, subject to planning. Outside includes front and rear gardens with a garage in a nearby block. The property is in good order and has been well looked after by the present owner.
