" Description    57 Stand Meadow is a well presented semi detached property with accommodation over three floors. From the ground floor stairs rise to the first floor providing cloakroom, newly fitted kitchen enjoying views over open fields, sitting room with french doors to conservatory which then gives access to the rear garden. From the first floor stairs rise to 2nd floor which provides three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property has been the subject of many improvements by the current owners with and eye to detail and quality fittings throughout. Situation    The property is situated on the outskirts of the favoured village of Burwash and is within walking distance of Burwash village centre with its range of local shops and amenities providing for most day to day needs as well as a church, primary school, several period inns and petrol station.
