" Description    A four bedroom detached house backing onto fields, close to Etchingham train station giving access to Hastings and London. On the first floor the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and double doors leading to a dressing room/study and ensuite shower room. A further three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and family bathroom. The property is set back with double garage to the front, front and rear gardens and is being offered with no onward chain.

Outside    Driveway parking for several vehicles with picket fence and lawn and shrubs. Double garage with two up and over doors, side access, power and lights. Steps sweeping upwards to front door and side access to rear garden, lighting. Situation    Located in the heart of the village of Etchingham within a short walk of its mainline station providing a regular service to London in just over the hour. The village also offers a post office, butchers and a historic parish church, whilst the A21 at Hurst Green offers principally dual carriageway access onto the M25 London orbital motorway. The historic village of Burwash, located within 4 miles, offers everyday shopping facilities as well as several period inns,ancient parish church, doctors surgery with pharmacy and post office.
