" Description    A two bedroom extended semi detached property. From the entrance hallway the lounge is positioned to the right and the spacious kitchen/diner is straight ahead. To the rear of the house is a single storey extension giving a dining room with velux window to allow plenty of natural sunlight. Next to the dining room is a shower room/cloakroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with storage cupboards and a family bathroom.

Situation    Sandhurst is a quiet village approximately 4 miles distance from Hawkhurst. The property is located on a semi rural lane off Bodiam Road. Sandhurst has a grocery store, playing fields and a well regarded primary school and a public house. There are bus services to nearby towns such as Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Hastings.
