" Description    This 1930s three bedroom semi detached cottage occupies a large corner position with large front and rear gardens and is being offered for sale with no onward chain. The accommodation comprises a downstairs shower room and an upstairs family bathroom, kitchen, living room, conservatory and three bedrooms. Buyers will be impressed by the extensive rear gardens featuring a patio area, pond, secluded garden area to the rear of the garden and a vegetable patch. The property has parking for several vehicles and a garage/workshop.

Situation    The property is situated in the historic village of Hawkhurst on the Moor side of the village. Hawkhurst is conveniently located within easy driving distance of the A21 which provides access to the M25 to the north and south to the coast. The village benefits from a wide selection of superb local stores that accommodate everyday shopping needs including an organic butcher, chemist, florist, furniture shop, haberdashery store, petrol station, hairdressers, laundrette, two High Street banks and a supermarket.
