" Description    A three bedroom detached family home. From the front door is a spacious hallway with telephone point, cloakroom with low level WC and wash hand basin, a triple aspect through lounge/dining area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen to the rear with breakfast bar, a range of wall and base units with worktops over, built-in electric hob and oven, space for fridge freezer, sink unit with mixer tap, double glazed window to rear aspect, tiled splashbacks, telephone point, extractor hood and doorway leading into the utility room which forms part of the extension and is adjoined to the rear of the garage.
