" Description    A spacious and tastefully refurbished three bedroom end of terrace house. The front door opens into a hallway with the staircase to the right and doors straight ahead to the lounge and dining room, both of which have fireplaces, beams and double glazed windows. The lounge also has patio double glazed doors that lead out to the rear lawned garden. The modern fitted kitchen is to the left of the hallway with country style range of wall and base units with worktops over, stainless steel sink unit with mixer taps, tiled splash backs, beams, fitted spotlights, window to front, serving hatch, larder cupboard and space for fridge/freezer and oven. There is a further door from the kitchen that leads into the utility room, cloakroom (with space/potential for double shower if required), and a useful storeroom/study which could be used for a number of things. On the first floor is an airing cupboard, access to loft, modern family bathroom and three bedrooms, again with fireplaces, wooden flooring and beams.

Outside    To the front of the property is the small lawned garden with mature shrub borders. There is side access that leads to off road parking and a rear lawned garden of approximately 60ft which is mainly laid to lawn.

Situation    The historic village of Rolvenden has a village store, post office, two public houses, a primary school, a church, tennis club, cricket club and a new village hall. Rolvenden also benefits from an excellent and popular weekly Farmers Market. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside which is designated as an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and criss crossed by many miles of footpaths and bridle ways. The Kent education system is regarded by many of one of the best in the country with many schools still offering places by selection. There is a good choice of schools in the area both state and private including Cranbrook, a sought after state school. The picturesque town of Tenterden is approximately 2.5 miles distant and offers a wide range of shops including many national names such as Laura Ashley, Boots, Waitrose and Tesco's supermarket. Many good restaurants and a modern sports and leisure centre. Golf courses in the area include those at Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, Flimwell, Biddenden, Tenterden
