DESCRIPTION: 15 Rothermere Close is a modern mid terrace house presenting elevations of brick and tile hanging set with replacement UPVC sealed unit double glazing beneath a shallow pitched tiled roof. DIRECTIONS: From the centre of Benenden proceed along the High Street, in the direction of Rolvenden, passing the village green on the right. Take the left hand turning into Walkhurst Road opposite The Bull Public House. Take the right hand turning into Rothermere Close continue into this cul-de-sac No.15 will be found situated towards the end.
