" Description    An extended three bedroom semi detached house. The front door opens into a storm porch with a further door opening into the hallway. Off the hallway is a bathroom, lounge and dining room. The lounge has a wood burning stove and fireplace, wooden flooring, wonderful countryside views and a door leading to the conservatory. The fitted kitchen is to the rear off of the dining room and has a rear door that opens onto the rear garden. On the first floor off the landing is a shower room/wc, storage cupboard and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has stripped wooden floorboards and wonderful views over Bedgebury Forest.

Situation    Goudhurst is an picturesque historic village that has a fine selection of period kentish tile hung and white weather boarded properties that lead down the hill to the duck pond. There is an old Norman church at the top of the hill as well as a grocery store, chemist, butchers, bakery, hairdressers, antique shop, various country inns and an excellent restaurant. The village also has a doctors surgery, veterinary surgery, village hall, two petrol stations, solicitors and estate agents offices. For a more comprehensive range of shopping facilities the towns of Cranbrook and Royal Tunbridge Wells are within driving distance. The village also has its own primary school within the Cranbrook School catchment area. Mainline travel to London and Ashford International is provided by the stations at Marden and Paddock Wood. By road, London and the M25 motorway are accessible via the A21. There are a number of places of interest to visit, including Sissinghurst Castle, Bewl Water & the Pinetum at Bedgebury.
