" In the same year Einstein's theory of relativity was published to the world and the AA started patrolling the streets of the Britain this four bedroom Edwardian cottage was built in the heart of Tatsfield Village, once used as the local Butchers it has played a pivotal role in village life for many years - now there is a chance it could be yours.

As you approach this tile hung quaint cottage you really start to notice its character. This continues over the threshold where the first room you come to is the lounge. There is an open fire place and being double aspect the room has a bright cosy feel. Then onto the Dining room where the double glazed patio doors lead straight out onto an immaculate laid lawn. In the summer months you can pull them back and enjoy the weather while having a spot of lunch with family or friends. The kitchen breakfast room is to the very rear of the property and there is plenty of unit and storage space as well as room for a range of appliances. There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen, ideal to sit and enjoy your morning tea. There is a small conservatory off of the kitchen that is used for additional storage. Upstairs there is four double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
