" A two bedroom end of terrace cottage situated in a tucked away location with delightful gardens backing onto open fields. The property is well presented throughout and benefits from double glazing and central heating. Upon entering the property there is an enclosed entrance porch which leads to the entrance hall from where there are stairs to the first floor along with access to the living room which features a cast iron fireplace with a marble surround and a bay window with an aspect over the front garden. From the living room there is access to the kitchen which is fitted with an ample range of wall and base units and a fitted double oven and electric hob. There are space for further appliances and doors lead to a cloakroom and a conservatory which is double glazed with french doors and a pleasant aspect over the rear garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a feature roll top bath and separate tiled and glazed shower cubicle. Outside the gardens are extremely well maintained with an enclosed lawn area to the front with flower and shrub borders and hedged and fenced boundaries. To the side and rear there is a large paved terrace with steps up to a lawn area with raised, well stocked planters a brick built bar b q, various storage sheds and a greenhouse.
