There is a study with built in shelving , a large elegant drawing room with working fireplace and bay window overlooking the garden, a spacious dining room and fireplace. The kitchen/breakfast room has wooden cabinets and granite work surfaces. There is a six door Aga, double oven, gas hob, integrated dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also a cellar and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are six double bedrooms, the master has its own ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath. There are two further bathrooms, one with a roll top bath and another with separate shower cubicle. Outside the mature secluded gardens surround two sides of the property, with large lawn areas, an attractive terrace and summer house. A private drive leads to the front entrance where there is a detached double garage and plenty of additional parking on the drive. Wrotham village is a five minute drive to Borough Green station with trains to London Victoria and a fifteen minute drive to Sevenoaks station with fast trains to London Charing Cross. It has excellent motor way links with the M20 and M25 motorways. The village has two pubs, a hotel, village shop, primary school, nursery, village park and playing field. "
