" When the current vendors purchased Castle Drive approximately 4 1/2 years ago it was their first step on the property ladder and have taken this to heart.They had the foresight to see what the property could be once they had refurbished.There is an amazing high gloss kitchen with soft closures, lounge with windows and french doors over looking the garden which has a retractable awning giving cover from the sun and for BBQ's.Upstairs is a new contemporary bathroom with oak units, two double bedrooms and one which is currently used as a study.
Features throughout the property are solid oak flooring to the downstairs flat ceilings with low voltage lighting and dimmer switches.Once inside you will appreciate that this is an immaculate, well maintained family home which will leave you time to enjoy other activities.

When we were looking to buy our first home together we found Castle Drive and although it needed a lot of work it was the location that sold it to us. Being well situated for most motorways, airports & rail links which was very important for our work lifestyle.Over the last 4 1/2 years we have poured ourselves into making the house a welcoming family home by fitting double glazing, new kitchen, bathroom and solid oak flooring.We have also had the garden landscaped, for some extra protection from the sun we have had a retractable awning fitted over the patio giving shade for those sunny evenings.
