Although this property has been newly tenanted, it is the apartment that was the latest to be decorated. It is a ground floor two bedroom apartment with a door from the sitting room leading out to the communal garden. The landlords have decorated the apartment and up graded parts in the bathroom and put tiled flooring in prominent areas with under flooring heating. There are two good sized bedrooms and large windows allowing light to trundle through the apartment. These apartments attract tenants and owner occupiers alike due to the location being so convenient and they are spacious and light apartments situated within a less busy road. EPC grade C.

The property is situated approximately one and half miles from Sevenoaks High Street, which offers a range of shops and facilities to include restaurants, public houses, cafes and bars. There is a Tesco Superstore at Dunton Green and a Sainsbury's Superstore at Otford. There is access to mainline stations at Sevenoaks and Bat And Ball.
