" A bright, spacious 4 bed split level house set in the grounds of a manor house in the countryside on the outskirsts of Kemsing. The entrance hall has a cupboard for coats and a shoe rack. The eat-in kitchen and dining room are on this level. The kitchen is fully fitted with an American fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob and a washing machine, there are French doors leading to the garden from the breakfast area. The dining room has wooden flooring and space for a 6/8 seater table. The sitting room is a good size with an electric fire and has large sash windows and French doors out onto a patio/balcony. On the top floor, the master bedroom

(3.10m x 4.09m) has fitted storage and an en-suite shower room. A further double bedroom

(3.1m x 3.2m) and family bathroom are on this level. Two further double bedrooms, both with storage (2.31m x 3.81m) are on the ground floor with a downstairs shower room.
