" They say first impressions count and you will not be disappointed. This home should be on the top of your viewing list. From the moment you pull onto the drive, open the front door and begin the journey inside this immaculate contemporary style home. The hall is light and airy, the kitchen has been recently refitted to a high standard and has everything you would expect to find including a built in wine chiller - truly superb. The light beams into the 18 x 16.3 lounge/diner with French doors that lead directly onto an easy to manage garden, which we are advised by the current owner has a southerly aspect , and a raised decked area perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. Climb the stairs to the first floor to find 16'2 x 13' master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further bedroom with Juliette balcony and family bathroom.
Climb the stairs again to the second floor where you will find two good size bedrooms, one with a Juliette balcony, and a bathroom. I bought my home 6 years ago from new. I came to view a three bedroom at the time but was shown No 4 first. I could not believe the size; it was love a first sight! Entertaining is something I enjoy so a south facing garden was very important to me to enjoy the last rays of the sun with family and friends on warm summer evenings whilst enjoying a glass of wine. I am very proud of my new kitchen and designed it around my passion to entertain. I have great neighbours whom I will sadly miss but hoping not to move too far I wish to stay in the village as my family are nearby. I am sure the new owners will be as happy as I have been here.
