LOCATION The property is ideally located in the heart of this most sought after village with a primary school, church, public house/restaurants and the River Darenth passing through the centre of the village. Shoreham railway station has services to London on the Victoria line. Darenth Valley golf course is located on the edge of the village. The area has been featured in the paintings of the artist Samuel Palmer, with much of the surrounding area being in the Green Belt and designated as having landscape value. There are larger shopping centres to the north at Swanley and just over 3 miles away the village of Otford with many highly regarded schools both private and public. Otford has a railway station with services on the Victoria line with peak hour services taking about 40 minutes. Sevenoaks has a mainline station with services to London on the Charing Cross/Cannon Street line. At Swanley there are connections to the M25 and M20 giving quick and easy access to the Dartford River Crossing, Gatwick and Heathrow airports and the Channel Tunnel.
