" Situated in a semi-rural location in a desirable road and yet within a few minutes' drive to the High Street in Orpington, Knockholt Station and also the M25. Equestrian and Golfing facilities along with popular schools and leisure facilities are all catered for nearby. The generous accommodation on offer is indeed impressive with 5 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a spacious lounge/ dining room, fitted kitchen and a family bathroom. There is also a conservatory to the side of the lounge and also a double garage. The property is built on a plot of approximately ยพ of an acre (unmeasured), the main building is of timber frame with Cedar wood facade and cavity wall insulation under a pitched roof. There are gardens all around the property with many elements to satisfy all needs including a formal garden to the front and a irregular shaped wooded area.
