" A very well presented family house, set in a private road, with far reaching views over open countryside. You enter into a good sized entrance hall, to the left is a study or playroom which is carpeted. Directly ahead is a large open plan dining room and sitting room, both of these rooms have super views over the countryside. The sitting room has French doors leading onto the patio and a decorative fireplace. Downstairs, apart from the study and kitchen, there is lovely wooden flooring. The kitchen is nice and bright and is fitted with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob & electric oven and washing machine. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs the landing is a large and light with good storage. The spacious master bedroom has fitted storage and a nicely finished en-suite shower room. There are four further double bedrooms, one with fitted storage and another with pine wardrobes (which the Landlord would be prepared to leave if desired). There is a good sized, nicely finished, family bathroom with a stand alone shower. To the back of the property, there is a large patio overlooking a lawned area with a greenhouse shed. To the front of the house there is driveway parking for 3/4 cars and a large double garage. "
